Thomas F. Morris
Ph.D., P.Geo., FGAC, ICD.D.
Dr. Morris is a registered, Professional Geoscientist with over 45 years of experience, successfully managing a variety of exploration programs for provincial and federal governments, private sector and publicly traded companies. Under his management, Northern Superior was recognized as one of the top 50 companies listed on the TSX-V (2011), was awarded the Ontario Business Achievement Award for Corporate Governance (2011), was awarded the Québec Prospector of the Year Award by the Association de L’Exploration Minière du Québec (2012) and attained Progressive Aboriginal Relations “Par Committed” status from the Canadian Counsel for Aboriginal Business (2013, 2014). Dr. Morris has also obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designation.
David Beilhartz B.Sc., is a semi-retired, registered Professional Geoscientist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration. Most recently, Mr. Beilhartz has been providing consulting services to several mining companies on a contract basis. From 2014 to 2015, he served as VP Exploration for Kerr Mines Inc. From 2010 to 2012, he served as VP Exploration for Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. and from 2007 – 2008 he was VP Exploration at Lake Shore Gold Corp.
Mr. Morrison has almost 50 years of experience in the mining industry, covering all aspects of geoscience applications across all mining methods from a wide range of underground methods to large scale open pit operations, as well as being part of very successful exploration groups. Across his career and as a leader of a variety of exploration teams, Mr. Morrison has been an integral part of the discovery of 13 major polymetallic and precious metal deposits, 6 of which are producing mines, and 4 are in the feasibility stage. Mr. Morrison’s extensive exploration and mining experience at Inco Limited, (currently Vale), KGHM International, (formerly Quadra FNX, and FNX Mining), and most recently with TMAC Resources, has made him a well-rounded geoscientist with global experience in the exploration for precious and base metals.
Sc., PGeo., Senior Vice President Exploration
Mr. Barber is a registered Professional Geoscientist with more than 35 years of mineral exploration experience. Previously employed as the Geology Superintendent at Barrick-Hemlo, Ontario, he extended the mine life by at least 18 years through the discovery and delineation of over 4.5 Moz of gold in reserves and resources. Mr. Barber was responsible for all aspects of production geology and exploration in the Williams underground and open pit mines. He is also an experienced exploration geologist, having managed grassroots to advanced exploration programs in a variety of settings. He holds extensive experience in greenstone-hosted gold deposits, both narrow vein and bulk tonnage, as well as experience in epithermal gold deposits, porphyry copper-gold, VMS base metal, komatiite associated nickel and pegmatite deposits. Mr. Barber holds a B.Sc. (Honors) from Laurentian University and a Citation in applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta.
Vice President Exploration
Ms. DeLazzer has over 15 years of experience in greenfield and brownfield exploration, with a focus on precious metals, rare earth metals (REE), uranium, and diamonds.
Most recently, Ms. DeLazzer was with Kirkland Lake Gold Limited, where she held the position of Superintendent of Geology for the Detour Lake Gold Mine in northeastern Ontario, the second largest open pit gold producing mine in Canada, as well as Exploration Manager responsible for overseeing several multi-million-dollar exploration campaigns covering 1,000 km2 of greenstone belt in the Abitibi.
She is a skilled exploration professional geologist who was notably an integral part of the 58N zone discovery, and of the large West Detour exploration campaigns of 2020 and 2021. Prior to working for Kirkland Lake Gold and Detour Gold, Ms. DeLazzer worked as a Senior Project Geologist on multi commodity targets in Newfoundland and Labrador for Silver Spruce Resources. She also worked as a geologist for BHP Billiton at the Ekati Diamond Mine in the Northwest Territories. Ms. DeLazzer has a B.Sc. in Earth Science from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova-Scotia, and is registered in Ontario as a professional geologist.
Dr. Farrow is a Professional Geoscientist (APGO) with more than 25 years of mining industry experience. She currently serves as a Director of Franco-Nevada, Centamin PLC, and is Chair of the Board of Exiro Minerals Corp. From 2012 to 2017, she was Founding CEO, Director and Co-Founder of TMAC Resources Inc. Before TMAC, Dr. Farrow was Chief Operating Officer of KGHM International (formerly Quadra FNX Mining Ltd.). Previously at Quadra FNX and FNX Mining Company Inc., she held many senior roles in a wide range of disciplines including operations, technical services, corporate development and exploration. She has been honoured as one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining (2015 and 2018) and is a past recipient of the William Harvey Gross Medal of the Geological Association of Canada (2000).
